Andrea Ade
Founder, FirmSolutions
Andrea is a financial strategy professional with a background spanning financial services, financial planning, investment analysis, business analysis and project management. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, bringing a structured and analytical approach to financial decision-making, planning and implementation.
Her experience includes portfolio analysis, financial modelling and working with complex investment products, including equities, fixed income and derivatives within private wealth and advisory environments. Her work has also expanded into organizational financial analysis, funding strategy, project planning and implementation support.
Andrea founded FirmSolutions around a simple belief: financial decisions should begin with the life, goal or organization they are intended to support—not with a product or transaction. Her approach focuses on understanding the bigger picture, translating complex financial information into practical insights and helping clients make informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
She is also pursuing paralegal licensing, further developing her understanding of legal and regulatory considerations and the importance of recognizing when specialized professional expertise should be involved.
